Hello!

My name is Asja Stefanelli.

I am a physiotherapist and yoga teacher working in Zürich.

I specialise in "Fascial manipulation" Stecco method. The method considers the myofascial system as a three-dimensional continuum.

Therefore, I treat the body and movement disorders as "one unit".

I also offer pelvic floor physiotherapy and therapy during and after pregnancy.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga as well as yoga during pregnancy.
